DEVELOP THE CAPACITY TO DO BIG THINGS

In doing big things one requires the capacity to do it. And the good news is that you can develop the capacity to do anything. Capacity has to do with how much an object can contain per time.
How much can you contain at your level? Do you have the capacity to manage a fortune 500 company? You have to develop the capacity to do that. Managing a mall is different from managing a supermarket. Both of them require different mindset and capacity to run them successfully.
See yourself being able to open your company and running it. Never see yourself inferior to anybody. Do not have an inferiority complex about yourself, always seeing others better than yourself. God never made you to be inferior to anyone. You are unique in your design and purpose. Stay in your uniqueness and fulfill your calling on earth.
As a pastor, see yourself pastoring a very large church. Until you see yourself pastoring a large church, you may not be able to pastor a large church. It all begins inside first. Thus work on the image on the inside first before making the attempt to pastor a large church. You must dream it; imagine it; believe you can do it; and see yourself doing it, till that image is formed strong on your inside. This is how you develop the capacity to do big things.
After you have dreamt of being great in life, first, think of developing the capacity for greatness. Follow those who have done big things that you want to do in life. Read their books; listen to their tapes; read their biographies; and do what they did to become great. Spend time with God in prayer. Study about great men in scripture, and follow their example of greatness.
