THIS KIND - FASTING THE BONDAGE BREAKER

Mark 9:29 KJV And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
If you have been dealing with a problem that has lasted for so long even though you have prayed about it several times but it still seems not to go away, it is time you add prolong “fasting” to it.
One time the disciples of Jesus were trying to cast out a devil from a young lad, but they couldn’t – no matter how much they shouted and begged.
Jesus came down from the mountain and with one word casted out that devil from the boy. Surprised by the incident, the disciples asked Jesus why couldn’t we cast out the demon?
Then Jesus replied, this kind goes out only by prayer and fasting – not just prayer alone – but fasting and prayer.
One of the things that fasting does is that it increases your spiritual capacity to handle big mountains including devils. Fasting breaks demonic bondages easily.
Demons may resist prayer. But not when you add fasting to it. It breaks their power so easily.
It is time to be free and see that situation bow the knee to Jesus. The believer who lives a fasted life will always have increased spiritual capacity. He will always walk in increased freedom – he will hardly be oppressed by the devil – he will hardly experience demonic hindrances.
Food is a big hindrance to spiritual power. Lock your stomach. All the food you have been eating, what has it done for you? Don’t allow eating sink your glorious destiny. Few days of fasting can end that oppression you have carried for so long.
