In the kingdom of God, the work is finished. The work for your salvation, healing, and prosperity is already finished by the virtue of the finished work of Christ on the cross. What we have to do in order to be effective in our walk in the kingdom is to be rightly positioned – this is called kingdom alignment.

Science tells us that the moon on its own does not generate light; but rather reflects the light of the sun by virtue of alignment. It is the same in the kingdom of God. If you are going to go very far in your walk with God, you must learn to align yourself in Christ in order to enjoy and partake of the many advantages and blessings for you.

When you pray, you are actually aligning yourself to access the possibilities of the Spirit. It is not your prayer that actually brought the power into your life. The power came when the Spirit came into your life. Prayer aligns you to plug into that power for effective living. The electricity company generates the power. But until you plug into that power, you will still sleep in darkness even though there is power available in your house.

When you walk in love and forgiveness, you are aligning yourself to be free from bitterness, anger, jealousy, and all kinds of satanic bondages. When you give in church, you are aligning to enjoy the prosperity of the kingdom. When you make faith filled confessions, you create the right environment around you that attracts blessings into life.

When Peter acted on the word of Jesus, it ended his life of toiling and he went home with a mighty harvest. Misalignment is the reason for the sufferings in the body of Christ. Every man who has excelled in the kingdom are men who have learnt the kingdom principles and have aligned themselves by practice. For you to show forth and reflect the glory of Christ, you must learn to align yourself by kingdom principles.
