JESUS IS ALTOGETHER LOVELY AND PERFECT

1 John 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

Every where you turn Jesus, He is all perfect and altogether lovely. When David came against Goliath, scripture says he took five smooth stones. And with one of those smooth stones, he struck the giant down and brought great victory and deliverance to Israel. That smooth stone is a picture of the perfection and sinlessness of Jesus.

John a man of love said, in Him was no sin (1 John 3:5). Peter a man of action said, He did no sin (1 Peter 2:22). Apostle Paul a man of knowledge said, He knew no sin (2 Corinthians 5:21). Even His betrayer said, I have betrayed “the innocent blood”. Notice it is not an innocent blood but “the innocent blood”. It tells you that there is only one innocent blood. Jesus is sinless.

All men ever born into this world are all fallen men. They are all made of fallen blood. Their blood cannot save anyone. Anyone who claims to be a saviour is a liar. No mortal man can save another mortal man. It will take one without sin to be able to save fallen man.

And Jesus came as that sinless man. And because He was without sin, His blood qualified to save all men. And by His blood He bought the redemption of all men. This Jesus that we preach, is the perfect Son of God. His perfection is beyond description. Hallelujah!
