FAITH IS THE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE MIRACULOUS

Mark 6:5‭-‬6 And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.‬

When Jesus ministered while He was on earth, those who believed received their miracles. In Nazareth, Jesus couldn’t perform many miracles except for a few healings. Why couldn’t He perform the miracles in Nazareth? The answer is that the atmosphere was not conducive for miracles – the people were deeply baptized in unbelief. Their unbelief short circuited the power of God.

The woman with the issue of blood got her miracle because she believed in Jesus. When she heard about the miracles that Jesus had performed, she gladly believed. And because she believed, she came in the press and touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and her blood condition for 12 long years was healed. She activated the miraculous.

The new birth is the greatest miracle. And it is activated by faith. As long as you don’t believe and confess Jesus as Lord, you will not be saved. Your believing and confession is what activates the saving grace of God.

What miracle do you desire from the Lord? You will have to release your faith for it. Your faith is what creates the right atmosphere for the miraculous. Miracles don’t happen everywhere. Anywhere you see a miracle happen, someone there has activated the law of faith. For this reason, you can actually walk in the miraculous on a consistent basis if you know how to make your faith work.

Make a conscious effort to create an atmosphere of faith all around you. Feed on the word of God consistently. Listen to anointed music all the time. Avoid making negative confessions. Always speak positive irrespective of the situation you find yourself.
