TURN ON THE LIGHT TO DISPEL THE DARKNESS

John 1:5 The light keeps shining in the dark, and darkness has never put it out. CEV
Darkness cannot stand light. When light comes darkness has to go; there is no argument there. I have never seen darkness wrestling with light; darkness respects light and respond accordingly, anytime light shows up. Light is the master of darkness. Hence when you have light you can chase every darkness from your life.
When you walk into a dark room, it will be ridiculous to fight with the darkness. The smartest thing to do is to turn on the light. And then you can see clearly and appreciate the things that are in the room.
The word of God is the true light; and when it enlightens a man, it delivers him from the frustration of darkness. Darkness is simply ignorance of the truth of God’s word. Any man who lacks the knowledge of God’s word will walk in darkness. Even though he is a child of light, he will still walk in darkness.
What light do you have concerning your health, finances, career and ministry? You must have adequate light to deal wisely in every area of your life. The high flyers you see in the kingdom of God ride on the wings of light. It is light that sets them apart from the masses. Light makes great.
Now, how do you turn on this light on your inside? God’s word gives us the answer: The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple (Psalms 119:130). When God’s word enters you light comes to you. Thus pay diligent attention to hear the word of God, either while reading your Bible or listening to an anointed teaching. Light also comes by meditation. When you hear the word, take the portion that speaks to you and meditate (ruminate, ponder, and muse pensively).
The reason that problem is still starring you in the face is that the light required to deal with it has not come to you yet. Ever since I got a hold of the light of divine health, sickness has never been part of my life. I walk in divine health. Get into the word diligently and catch some light to cause you to ride on the high places of the earth.
