SEE SUPPLY IN EVERY NEED

John 6:5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? 6 And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.

Needs are meant to be met; and God delights in meeting your needs. God’s supply flows to areas of need. For most people, when they see a need, they see lack and want. Your mindset determines what you see and how you see. If you think lack you will see lack; if you think rich you will see riches. If you think prosperity, even though you are faced with a need, all you see is supply. The man who thinks broke will always see brokenness in every need. And God only hastens to perform His word that you see.

When the disciples of Jesus saw the need to feed five thousand men besides women and children, they saw lack. They couldn’t perceive the abundance in Jesus. When Jesus saw the same need He saw supply. Hence the supply came and the multitudes were fed with twelve baskets full left overs. Our supply is according to God’s riches in glory by Christ Jesus. It is not according to your salary or income or job. You have to believe this simple truth; other than that, you will struggle financially. Your supply is not even according to the economy of the nation where you live. There are poor Americans and British citizens. Keep your eyes on God’s supply.

Philemon 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Any time you see a need don’t see lack; rather see abundance and supply. This will not happen naturally on its own because our society does not teach that. You have to train your eyes to see in that light through the agency of the word of God. As you see the supply in every need, God will cause all grace to abound toward you and you will have all sufficiency. What you don’t see you do not partake of it. You only partake of what you see. Take your eyes off the need and see the supply flowing from Jesus to meet that need. May God perfect your eyes to see supply in every need.
