Job 23:14 For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him.

God Almighty is not empty! He is fully loaded with benefits. Our opening scripture tells us that God performs the things appointed to me; and there are many of those things with Him. The HCSB translation puts it this way: He will certainly accomplish what He has decreed for me, and He has many more things like these in mind (Job 23:14).

This implies that anything that God has done for you before, He still has more of such things with Him in store. Thus if you want more, you can ask Him. This also means that if you have lost anything in life, don’t despair; God has many of such things with Him.

In my third year in the university, right there in my Hall of Residence, I stumbled on a scripture that lit a fire in my heart: Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation (Psalms 68:19).

God has lots of benefits with Him. The new creation in Christ Jesus has no reason to be lacking revelation of the word, finances, peace of mind and prosperity in all ramifications. Your heavenly Father is rich in all things. You don’t need some witch doctor or occultic group or slay queen group to help you in life. All you need is in Christ Jesus.

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32) God gave Jesus up for your sins. He will not withhold anything from you. You have to plug your faith into what He has already done for you in Christ Jesus to enjoy those benefits right here on Earth. Hallelujah!
