TWO MAJOR KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

One time Pastor Chris talking to his congregation said, the difference between me and you is that “I hear to do”.

The two major keys to a successful life are “hearing and doing”. It can’t be more than that. Every other keys to success hinges on these two major keys.

The first key is hearing the word. The hearing of the word of God is very vital. This is why you must attend church all the time to hear God’s word. Also, read your Bible regularly, listen to tapes and read anointed materials.

What you have not heard you cannot do. You can only practice what you know. And you hear to know. Hearing precedes doing. And the truth is that while hearing the word, people have experienced instant changes on the spot.

After you have heard the word, the next thing is to practice what you have heard. This is something I like to do often. When I hear a revelation of God’s word, I like to practice it immediately. Don’t procrastinate – do it immediately.

Jesus said, if you hear His word and practice it you will be like one whose house is built on the rock – you will become unshakable. But if you hear the word and you don’t practice it, you will fail.

People rise or fall based on what they do with what they hear. If you obey the word you win. On the other hand if o you do not practice the word you will surely fail.
