The greatest work on earth is Pastoral work and ministry. This is because it is the only ministry that can touch the human heart and transform it through the power of the word of God and the Holy Ghost.

Jesus lets us know that man's greatest problem is the condition of his heart. He said, from the heart comes things that defiles a man.

Mark 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

Thus when you touch the heart of man you are touching his very life. And God by His grace and great benevolence has given that privilege of changing the human heart to the church.

There is nothing in this world that can change the human heart. No wisdom or knowledge of this world can change the very core of man, his heart.

Whatever that can touch the heart can touch the human life.

If the wrong words from the heart can defile a man, in the same way, godly and anointed words proceeding from the heart can bring great blessings to man.

As ministers of the gospel of Christ, we have to take our work very seriously and approach it with a great sense of godly responsibility as we take God's word to transform the human heart to be a place where godly values can emanate from.

We have to plant God's word into the human heart by the power of the Spirit. Hallelujah!
