Luke 10:9 and heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
The healing ministry of Jesus was one of remarkable manifestations of the Spirit as the scriptures has chronicled for us. There were times He just spoke the word and commanded the evil spirits or infirmities to leave the bodies of their victims.
Luke 4:35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
There were times Jesus would lay hands on the sick and heal them.
Luke 4:40 KJV Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
One one occasion Jesus used spittle and clay to heal a blind man.
John 9:6-7 KJV When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, [7] and said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
There were times people touched Jesus’ garments and were healed.
Matthew 14:36 And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.
Jesus commanded us to heal the sick and not necessarily pray for the sick. Healing the sick and praying for the sick are two different things. Praying for the sick is only one means by which we heal the sick.
There are different ways by which you can heal the sick. Just be sensitive to the Spirit at each given time on how to heal the sick. Glory to God!
