Genesis 2:21‭-‬22 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

From the word of God, it is clear that Eve came from Adam. When God was done creating everything in the beginning, He brought the animals to see what man will call them. Adam by the wisdom of God named all the animals. But for Adam, there was no suitable help found.

God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam; and God performed a divine surgery on him by removing one of his ribs; and by that rib He formed Eve. Eve was a beauty to behold; she was the glory of Adam.

What God did to Adam He still does it today to us. Whatever you desire, God has to bring it from inside you; it is not going to come from outside; it is all inside you. You have to know this in truth. And the key to bring this beauty from you is “rest”.

Until you take your rest in Christ your beauty in life will never show up. Before doctors perform surgery, they first put their patients to sleep. For God to perform His work in your life, you must take your rest.

Faith is rest. Having prayed, you must believe God for what you have prayed about. Having declared the word of faith, you must believe that your miracle is with you. This is what brings you into rest. Even though you may not see the miracle, you are at rest without any sense of worry. You know and you know that you have your miracle already, thus you are unperturbed by contradictory circumstances around you.

Worry and anxiety only robs you of the beauty that God wants to bring out from within you. Let your faith be on. God is faithful; learn to believe His word. Stand on His word till you see the manifestation of that which you have believed. Faith never fails because faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
