TRUST IN THE LORD FOR YOUR PROTECTION

Psalms 91:2 I will say of the Lord , He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Psalm 91 is the protection Psalm while Psalm 23 is the Provision Psalm. Combining these two together will put you over in life. As a child of God, you cannot be disadvantaged in life. God has made all provisions available for your safety as you journey through life on earth, irrespective of the evil happenings around us.
Like never before, the world is becoming increasingly evil; satanic activities are on the rise. What we never saw years gone by have become common place today. Every now and then you hear of some terrorist attack somewhere around the world; innocent folks are being killed and murdered on a daily basis. Natural disasters and car accidents claiming thousands of lives every now and then.
In spite of all these things happening around us, what is God’s plan for His children? Is it possible to live safely? The answer is an emphatic yes.
As new creations in Christ Jesus, there is safety for you. The day you were born again, you were born into the name of Jesus; and that name is the strong tower where the righteous is safe.
In Christ Jesus you are safe. When you declare like the Psalmist in our opening scripture, that the Lord is your refuge and fortress; in Him will I trust, then this will be the result:
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the
The key to enjoying divine protection is to trust in the Lord. There are those who have put their hope in some “juju”; it will surely fail; they are useless. True protection is found in God. All our covenant fathers in Bible days travelled in the midst of bandits and raiders, but God kept them from all evil. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Psalms 105:13-15 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
You are not marked for accident, kidnapping, sickness, victimisation by armed robbers, and death. Life is yours in Christ. All the scriptures I have given you are all for divine protection. Believe and confess them over life, family and loved ones, and you will enjoy supernatural protection. Hallelujah!
Prayer of Salvation
Dear God, I believe that Jesus died and was raised for me. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am born again in Jesus’ name.
