GOD'S SEED OF CREATIVITY IN YOU

1 John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
If you have received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, the God-kind of life has been imparted into your spirit. This is the reality of the New Testament. We now have His nature, life, wisdom, power, glory and virtue, resident in us. As He is in heaven, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).
The world in which we live in today is becoming more complex by the day. And in order to succeed, you will need some high level of creativity to make it to the top. Mundanity has no place in today’s world; neither does this world celebrates mediocrity. These things must sink deep into your system. The world is moving at a fast pace; and if you don’t keep up with the rhythm, you will wake up one day, and realise that the world is gone.
One attribute of God is that He is the creator of all things. This attribute is the first to be revealed in the Bible in the book of Genesis.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
As new creations in Christ Jesus, we are born of God hence the seed of God remains in us; we have His life. And God being a creator has imparted that seed of creativity into us at new birth; we are partakers of His divine nature. As a result of our new birth, we have become creators too – today we can also create things – we have God’s creative ability in us. And by the Spirit of creativity we have received from God, we can create things in our life.
We can create things in areas of our lives that we want change. We can also recreate things – if we are not satisfied with what we are seeing in our lives, God has given us power to change it. Through the principles of creation revealed in God’s word, we can take God’s word which is His creative power and create things in our lives. This is rejoicing to the soul.
Creativity has to do with bringing out new things that are relevant to the season or making existing systems and products better. The Pastor who is going to succeed has to be creative; the business man who is going to make it in this 21st Century must be creative.
If what you are working with is not working, it is time to employ the power of God’s creativity. As you spend time meditating in the presence of God, great ideas and solutions will begin to well up in you. And as you apply them, you will see tremendous results.
Prayer of Salvation
Dear God, I believe that Jesus died and was raised for me. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am born again in Jesus’ name.
