Matthew 28:18-19 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
The authority we have as believers is Jesus Himself. Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He gave us something priceless – His name. And the name of a person is as powerful as the one bearing it. Because Jesus is powerful, His name has power.
And His name has power in the heavens, on earth and beneath the earth. Whatever bows to the name of Jesus must bow to you; whatever listens to the name of Jesus must listen to you. This is because you bear His name. You need to carry this dominion consciousness.
There is absolutely nothing that can stand the name of Jesus. And this is the name that you represent. If the president of your nation sends you on an errand, you will be treated as though you are the president because you come in his name. Things must answer to you because you carry the name of Jesus.
Never bow to defeat in life. Refuse to be sick; refuse to be poor; refuse to allow this world and its systems to dominate you; refuse to allow the devil and his cohorts to dominate your life. The power behind you is greater than any devil in hell.
Moses was bold when he confronted Pharaoh because he knew who sent him and who was behind him. Moses so terrorised Egypt till Pharaoh’s officials said, how long will this man torment our land? If the church will come to the revelation of the name of Jesus, and the power we carry, we will dominate this world in no time. Jesus told us to occupy till he comes; arise and take your place today.
Prayer of Salvation
Dear God, I believe that Jesus died and was raised for me. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am born again in Jesus’ name.
