RESIST SATANIC OPPOSITIONS

Deuteronomy 2:24‭-‬ Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.‬‬

Even though God has already given you the land to possess, there will be opposition set to hinder you from entering your inheritance. The devil is not just going to sit down to watch you enjoy life in Christ. You have to know that so that you will fortify yourself and get ready to make war to take your place in Christ Jesus.

There is nothing like living in this world without opposition. Some people are looking for a life without any opposition; that life is not here on earth; it is up there in heaven. As long as you live on this earth, you will face opposition; so stir up yourself for it. Be ready to face the devil squarely.

Paul said, a great door have been opened to me, but there are many adversaries (1 Corinthians 16:9). The devil does not want you to enjoy anything on earth. His wish is that you suffer till you leave this earth. Jesus came to do the opposite: give you life and have it to the full.

The devil is called the hinderer. He loves to hinder God’s people. Sometimes you wonder how someone can suffer a condition for about 20 years. This devil is very wicked; that’s who he is.

Thus you must arm yourself with God’s word and be ready to possess what is rightfully yours. Put on the whole armour of God to be able to withstand satanic opposition. Know the word of God enough not to fall for the devil’s deceits; take the weapon of effective prayer; take on the shield of faith to quench all the fiery darts of the enemy.

When you face opposition in your life, don’t despair; just know that the adversary is around; resist him in faith and he will flee from you. James 4:7 says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Prayer of Salvation
Dear God, I believe that Jesus died and was raised for me. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am born again in Jesus’ name.
