1 Corinthians 14:4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.
Spiritual growth is necessary for effective kingdom living. Every healthy thing grows. If a believer in Christ is not growing, it is an ndication that such a fellow is not a healthy believer.
But growth is not automatic. There are conditions necessary for spiritual growth. Just like in the natural there are things that you do that conditions growth, it is the same spiritually too.
And one of the keys to speed up your growth is praying in tongues. Believers who don’t speak in tongues cannot grow; that is just the truth. I cannot imagine someone growing spiritually without speaking in tongues.
Speaking in tongues is a catalyst to speed up your growth. The rate of your growth can be accelerated by speaking in tongues. The more you spend time speaking in tongues, the faster your growth will be.
This simple but profound gift is that one gift that will change your life. It is the gift that makes the rest of the gifts of the Spirit to function well. No wonder the devil has attacked this gift for a long time till it has determined denominations. Spend 90% of your prayer time praying in tongues, and you will fasten your growth in an unimaginable way.
Growing fast without compromising quality is important. It will help you to keep up with the changing times in which we live in now. And growing fast will help you compound your impact and results. Don’t be left behind. Accelerate your growth now to remain relevant in this world.
