A PLACE CALL "THERE"

1 Kings 17:3‭-‬4 Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.‬

There is a place call “there”. Everyone has such place for him or her. This place is very vital for the manifestation of your destiny; it is also important for your provision. Your provision in life and ministry is tied to the place call “there”. There is place for the fish to thrive. If you put the fish on dry land, you don’t need to do anything to it to die; it is just a matter of time; it will definitely suffocate and then die.

“There” is simply a divine location designed by the Spirit of God for the prosperity of his people. Your “there” could be the kind of church you should attend; the geographical place where you should live per time; the kind of ministry you should operate in; even who you should marry; the kind of job or business you should do. If you take this thing for granted, you can be grounded in life. Your “there” may be different from my “there”.

If you are not in your “there”, it does not matter what you do, you will not succeed; all your efforts will be useless; it will be like a car whose wheels is spinning but it is not making any meaningful acceleration. There is a place that God has called you to be per time for the fulfilment if your destiny. This is one reason why you can’t just be changing jobs; it could be detrimental. Before you change a job or business, be sure you check it out from the Holy Spirit for accuracy and precision.

If you study 1 Kings 17, you will realise that the prophet Elijah only enjoyed divine provision at the place God designed for him to be per time. One time he was at the Brook Cherith; another time he was at the widow of Zarephath. Another time God asked him to show himself to Ahab and God brought a mighty rain.

You have to seek God earnestly for Him to lead you to your “there”. You have to yield to the Holy Ghost to guide you to your place of fulfilment. If you don’t yield to the Holy Ghost nor listen to His leading, you will definitely hit the rocks. What I am sharing with you can be a matter of life and death.

Do not take it for granted. If you will trust the Holy Ghost, He will lead you to your “there” where everything will begin to work for you. In your “there” you don’t need to struggle to accomplish anything; everything will work for you naturally. It is time you check out from God whether you are in your “there”. My prayer for you is that, you will not miss your place of destiny and fulfilment; that God will position you in this new year for a great increase in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear God, I believe that Jesus died and was raised for me. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am born again in Jesus’ name.
