CONFESSION ENFORCES YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Your belief system is the totality of all that you believe as an individual, whether they be based on scripture or human ideologies and assumptions. Unfortunately, most people including believers do not have a superior belief system that can withstand the seasons and times that we live in. If your belief system is weak, you will not amount to much in this life. You will always level up with your belief system; you become what you believe; that is the law of the spirit.

There is a relationship between your belief system and your confession. What you confess over a long period of time eventually enforces your belief system, then becomes what you believe, which eventually controls your life and destiny.

This is one reason why you have to take the words that you speak seriously. Don’t talk sickness; don’t talk broke. If you continue to say you are broke, that is what you will end up believing. If you confess sickness and weakness, that is what you will believe. If you talk wrong, your belief will be wrong and hence your life will be wrong. On the other hand, if you talk right on a consistent basis, your belief will be right and hence the outcome of your life will be great.

You cannot talk wrong and have your belief system right. Your confessions in life must align with God’s word. The word of God admonishes you to let the word of Christ dwell in you richly (Colossians 3:16).

If you are full of the word, that is what will come out of your mouth. Thus, spend a great amount of time loading your spirit with the word of God. Then take those words and speak it consistently to yourself. This is the way to enforce a superior belief system for a victorious living in Christ.
