KEYS TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM

Ecclesiastes 10:10 If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.

You can be truly free financially. You can come to that place that even if you cease to work, you can still eat well, drive well and go anywhere you want to go and also help others. The fact that you are not there does not mean it is not possible.

There are several keys to financial freedom; but in this article I will limit it to the main things. Firstly, is the ability that God gives the power to get wealth. Deuteronomy 8:18 says, But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. There is an anointing to get wealth; that’s what you need to connect to and things will begin to turn around for you. To depend on your human ability will not amount to anything significant.

The second key is to believe that it is possible to get wealth. Unbelief will cripple you. What you don’t believe you cannot become. All things are possible to them that believe. If you cannot see yourself financially free you cannot be free. A poor mindset will only produce poverty. You must decide you want to be financially free. This is very simple but very profound.

Thirdly, is financial education. This is very crucial. In the school of money financial education is every thing. Your level of financial education is what determines your level of financial intelligence, which in turn determines how much money comes to you. Your ability to read numbers and interpret them is important. You must know things about how money works; how money moves; how money is generated; how to manage money and multiply it. And to increase your level of financial education you would have to invest heavily in it.

You need to get books and tapes on finance by proven men of God and business moguls. Unfortunately, many don’t learn anything about money and yet they expect and hope that one day they will become rich. It does not work that way. To be financially free you must be intentional about it.
