LIFE BEYOND INFECTION!

1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

The new creation in Christ Jesus is beyond infection of any kind. This is an emphatic statement of truth. The word “passed” is from the Greek word “metabaino”  which means to change your place. So it implies that the day you got born again, you changed your place from death unto life. Now we live in the arena of life.

They say the worse case scenario is death. Now we have passed from death unto life by our new birth. What is infection compared to death? If we have passed from death unto life, it implies that infection and any other thing that causes death is under our dominion. We are superior to all kinds of infection.

When I hear that a Christian has some infection, I wonder why that should happen. This is because the believer is beyond infection. You are not supposed to suffer from any form of infection. Why should you have any viral, bacteria or fungal infection? It is unacceptable in the kingdom.

The kingdom life is beyond infection. I know there are those who this kind of teaching will not go down well with them. Probably because they are suffering from some kind of infection themselves and this kind of teaching may rub them the wrong the way. It does not matter what our experiences are; the word of God is superior to any human experience. What we need to do is to align our experience with God’s word.

John G. Lake said, no germ can touch my body and live. And he proved it by killing germs with the life of God in him as he placed his hand on a slide full of bacteria, under a microscope, and all movement ceased. You can do the same.

You have the same life and power that raised Jesus from the dead. What you need to do is believe and change your mindset to align with God’s word. It is as simple as that; all it takes is childlike faith in God’s word. You are beyond infection! You are beyond sickness! You are beyond disease!
