SCHOOL YOURSELF INTO FAITH BY SPEAKING GOD'S WORD

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

You can actually school yourself into faith. What do I mean? What I mean is that you can cause yourself to come to the place of faith. One of the principles of faith says that, if you say something long enough, you will turn to believe it; in fact it becomes a part of you till it enters your subconscious. This is one way to school yourself into faith.

Unfortunately, many believers around the world have schooled themselves into unbelief by this same principle; their talk is always wrong, lacking faith. They speak hopelessness; they speak defeat; they talk sickness and lack. The more you confess these kind of things, the more unbelief wells in you and dominate your life. The end result is defeat, depression and hopelessness.

The word of God produces faith for faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God. If you will listen to the word enough, and confess it daily into your life, in no time, you will school yourself into faith. If you look at our opening scripture, the word “say” appears three times while the word “believe” appears once. It shows you that, in the school of faith, speaking is priority to believing.

And if you say something long enough, you will eventually believe it. Make it your habit to say the right things about life. Don’t say things like, the economy is hard; this my sickness has come again; I will never succeed; I may never get out of debt. What if I fail in my business? These days everyone is suffering in business; the market is slow. These things will cause your ship to sink.

Speak faith filled words. Words are spirit. The more you say faith filled words, the more they will dominate your thoughts, which in turn dominate your actions. Say to yourself, I cannot fail; it can only get better for me; policies are being made for my advantage; I cannot be sick; as my days be, so shall my strength be.

Faith is the victory; and without it you cannot please God; and it is to every man according to his faith. This is why you have to always stay in faith. Anything outside faith is defeat and misery. Speak God’s word only, no matter what you are faced with; and school yourself into faith for a victorious living in Christ Jesus.
