Psalms 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

There is power in praise and worship. The atmosphere of praise and worship is an incredible atmosphere for the Spirit of God. The Holy Ghost works mightily in a joyful atmosphere of praise.

Scripture says, God is fearful in praises. And He does amazing things in praises. This is why it is wisdom to use music tapes in prayer. When you pray with music in the background, you create the right atmosphere for the Spirit of God to do mighty things in your life.

One thing about anointed praise is that it drives away demons. The devil doesn’t like an atmosphere of praises; it puts him off. The truth is that satan loves worship. Remember he asked Jesus to worship him during the temptation in the desert. So, when he sees that this worship is given to someone else, he gets mad and cannot stand it hence he goes away from such places.

And on top of it, God inhabits the praises of His people. Which means when you play an anointed praise and worship, God shows up and all satanic interferences which would have negated your prayer is ward off. Remember David used anointed music to cast out devils from king Saul.

Another benefit of using anointed praise and worship in prayer is that, it makes the clock run fast. There is this principle in life: activity makes time appears to be running faster. When you are not doing anything, time seems to be so long. But the moment you are engaged in an activity, time seems to be flying.

Spice up your prayer life with anointed music. It will create the right environment for you to have an effective time with the Lord. Invest into a tape player at home or at the office or your prayer closet. Even a simple earpiece connected to your phone can help. And get some real anointed music on while you pray. It will make a huge difference in your prayer life. These are things you hear and practise. So put it to work immediately.
