THE POWER OF THE TEACHING MINISTRY

Isaiah 30:20 And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:

One of the finest ministries in the Bible is the “teaching ministry”. So many things will go wrong in the body of Christ without the teaching ministry. This is why there is a lot of instability in churches where teaching is not emphasized – in such places you see a lot of fanaticism.

Our opening scripture says, yet shall not thy teachers be removed to a corner anymore, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers. What this implies is that God is restoring the teaching ministry in the church – and in these last days we are going to experience the tremendous power of the teaching ministry.

And what will be the result of the teaching ministry? The answer is in the next verse of our opening scripture: And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left (Isaiah 30:21). This means that when you submit yourself to the teaching ministry you will always know what to do – you will always hear the voice of the word behind you on what steps to take concerning your marriage, ministry, finances etc.

One main part of the great commission is to disciple the saints. And without the teaching ministry you cannot make disciples. Matthew 28:19‭-‬20 says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you;......” Amen. (NKJV)‬

Without the teaching ministry you cannot be stabilized in your walk of faith. Stop chasing prophets everywhere and yield yourself to the teaching ministry. There is nothing wrong with the prophetic ministry. But that will not stabilize your faith.

Locate anointed teachers in the body of Christ and get their tapes, books and other materials. It will change your life forever and make an immaculate difference in your life.
