NO MORE JUDGEMENT FOR THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST
NO MORE JUDGEMENT FOR THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST

Romans 8:1 Therefore there is now no condemnation [no guilty verdict, no punishment] for those who are in Christ Jesus [who believe in Him as personal Lord and Savior]. AMP
There is no more judgment for the new creation in Christ Jesus. This means that the believer in Christ has escaped the judgment and condemnation of God. This implies that even though you sin as a believer, there is no judgment or condemnation. This is radical truth that hair lips some folks; this is because of their ignorance of the gospel of Christ.
Any lawyer will really understand what I am trying to communicate. There is no judge worth his salt that will condemn the same offence twice; it is never done – that will be travesty of justice; it is using the gavel unlawfully – in fact, it is oppression hiding behind intellectualism.
The moment a person serves his punishment meted out to him by a judiciary authority, he is free to go. You cannot go and arrest him and say he should go and serve the jail term again. That is absolute nonsense and injustice and tyrannical.
If that is true in the natural, it is the same spiritually. When man sinned, God’s condemnation came upon man. Man was condemned to death. Man could not pay the ransom for his freedom thus Jesus came and paid that ransom with His own precious blood – His very life. On the cross, Jesus bore the judgment that we should have received for our sins. God judged your entire life of sin in Jesus.
Now for God to judge that same sin again is an insult to His righteousness and nature; it implies that God did not regard the price that Jesus paid for our ransom. It means that God is an unfair and unjust Judge. Be careful the kind of gospel that you are preaching or have believed. To preach that God will punish the Christian in hell for his sin, is a disregard to God’s righteousness, and an insult to the cross of Christ.
Let us not take for granted what Jesus did on the cross for us. Scripture says, we have passed from death to life (1 John 3:14). What can be more than this? This has already happened. We cannot go back to death anymore. What we have now is life eternal in Christ forever. Hallelujah!
