SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. KJV

One great key to prosperity in the kingdom is to seek first the kingdom. Mathew 6:33 is the key that unlocks heaven for you. Seeking the kingdom first is placing the kingdom above every other interests. This means that the kingdom is your first consideration in everything you do.

When someone present anything to you, the first thing that comes to the mind of a kingdom man is to find out what his kingdom's position is concerning that thing.

Some believers have no heart for God nor for His kingdom. They want what God has but don’t want Him. They want to prosper, but they don’t want to make a committed life to serve and follow Jesus. They want what is in God’s hands, but they don’t care about what is on His heart; these are the people that want to use God to meet their needs and cravings.

Know the reason for your prosperity. God did not bless you so that you can become the chief of your village. One of the main reason God prospers you is for the advancement and expansion of His kingdom. You have to make up your mind to be part of what God is doing in His kingdom around the world.

Prosperity begins in your heart first. You have to desire to do big things for God. You have to desire to build church buildings, build radio and television stations for the propagation of the gospel, sponsor the gospel big time, bless men of God, help the poor and needy among us etc. When these things become your focus God will channel resources to you.
