LIMITLESS RESULTS BY THE ANOINTING

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38 KJV

In our opening scripture, we are told that Jesus did good and healed all that were oppressed of the devil by the anointing. All the mighty works that Jesus did was as a result of the anointing of the Spirit. The anointing produces good works.

There is no ministry without the anointing. It is only a fool that will do ministry without the anointing – in fact you are a big joke and a comic figure. I am not being sarcastic; that is simple truth. What will you call someone trying to cut down a tree without an axe in his hand? It is rather unfortunate that we do this same act of foolishness in the realm of the spirit – we go into ministry without seeking first the anointing.

True and lasting increase in the kingdom can only come via the anointing. There are levels of increase that you will never achieve without the anointing.

The anointing causes you to do things beyond your abilities. As long as you are functioning with your abilities, you are limited. The anointing brings you to a realm of limitless possibilities.

To live in this world by human abilities alone is not wisdom. There is an ability of the Spirit that is not earthly that can sponsor supernatural happenings in your life.

Jesus functioned by the anointing of the Spirit. Jesus knew that without the anointing He did not stand any chance. The tragedy we have today in the church is people who are doing ministry without the anointing – maybe they want to tell us that they are wiser than Jesus. To do ministry without the anointing is to say that, you are wiser than Jesus.
