ADMINISTER HEALTH AND VITALITY TO YOUR BODY

In medicine, experts will tell you that preventive medicine is the best. This implies that prevention is better than cure. It takes less to prevent a sickness than to cure one. And honest medical practitioners will choose the former.

It is the same in management: preventive management is better than crisis management. This implies that you have to strive to put measures in place to prevent crisis than solving crisis after crisis.

You can apply this same principle to your physical body. Thank God for the teaching and administering of the healing power of God to the sick. But it is better to administer health to your body even in the absence of sickness. In this instance, you do not wait for sickness to attack you before you do something. But rather, you administer health to your body by the word and Spirit. This is something I practice from time to time.

For instance, once a while during the day, I will lay my hands on my body and declare life and health to every fiber of my being. I will talk to my eyes to see well; I will talk to my heart to function well. I will declare to myself, I have perfect lungs, liver, kidneys etc. I will speak health and life to my body. I will tell my body to refuse to be sick.

You see, I am not waiting for sickness to come first before doing something about it. I am on the offensive against sickness and infirmities. Jesus bore all your sickness in His own body (1 Peter 2:24). You have the right to be healthy everyday of your life. You don’t have to put up with sickness.

And the way to release that life of the Spirit into your body is by speaking the word to your body. Instead of using your mouth to talk unnecessarily, rather take time out in each day and speak life to your body. This will build a defense mechanism against the invasion of sickness and weaknesses and death into your body. Hallelujah!
