ACCORDING TO YOUR FAITH

Mathew 9:29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
Faith is the currency in the realm of the spirit; it is the purchasing power of the believer; without it nothing happens. Our opening scripture is greatly inspiring. Jesus told the two blind men that, according to your faith be it unto you; and their eyes were opened – their faith opened their eyes. Glory to God!
Sometimes it is hard to say but it is the truth that, God does not respond to pain, tears and crying. There is only one element that gets God’s attention; and that’s faith for without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).
God’s power is released to us in proportion to what we believe. If it is not working, it is not God’s power that has stopped flowing, but faith that is not present to tap into that power. Whatever your need is, it is only faith that can cause that need to be met.
In the opening the scripture, the two blind men cried after Jesus. Jesus did not just respond to them; He asked them if they believed He can open their eyes. What Jesus was doing was trying to ascertain what they believe. And the moment He sensed faith in them His power was released.
It does not matter who you are, it is to you according to your faith. It is not according to your color, race, nationality, education nor denomination. It is to the Pastor and the member according to their faith. The bottom line is what you believe. You become what you believe. Whatever your need is your answer is faith. Jesus did not minister until He sensed faith. And Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
If He required those who came to Him to exercise their faith for their needs, He is still doing the same today. I love this because any dumb fellow can get this; you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to be able to do this. Without faith you get nothing from God. Faith is what connects you to the supernatural and makes the exploits. Hence you must take your walk of faith serious than ever before; learning all about faith to see your faith becoming effectual.
