GET PLANTED IN AN ANOINTED MINISTRY

Psalms 92:13-14 Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;

A daughter once asked the father who is a Pastor that why do you always listen to your Bishop all the time? He replied, “if you disconnect from your source you run dry.” Your relevance is found in staying connected to your source. There are too many believers who do not stay connected to their source – I am talking about getting planted in an anointed local church and staying connected to a ministerial anointing.

There are lots of believers in Christ who are just wandering; they have become nomadic Christians. They don’t even have a particular local church where they belong – they are like butterflies jumping from one place to the other. Others have become church supervisors; there is no such ministry in the Bible. The scripture says, if you are planted in the “house” you will flourish in the “courts”.

In the tabernacle of Moses, there was the inner house and the outer court. The inner house here refers to the local church while the outer court refers to your daily life such as marriage, job, health etc. What God is saying is that, when you get planted in an anointed ministry, you will prosper in every area of your life.

This is one truth I have been emphasising over the years. I just hope someone is listening. It is no use sitting at home and not attending any church. And if God leads you to an anointed local church, stay there and get rooted. The key here is being in an anointed church. The truth is that some churches are dead and full of religion; no power, no fire. All they teach are all grandfather stories. If you are in such a church, get out and locate an anointed church where the word of God is taught with power and demonstrated.

Get planted in the anointed teachings that comes to you from the minister who is ministering there. Practice the things you are taught and you will flourish; and the anointing present will minister to you and propel you forward and upward. Hallelujah!
