Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

God’s generosity is beyond measure. It is something that is beyond human reasoning. God is a giver; this is His true nature. God is not a taker; neither is He a taskmaster. God is the giver of all good and perfect things.

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

God is not the giver of sickness and diseases. Neither does He use these things to humble and discipline His children. God is the most generous being that ever existed, exist and will exist. None of us can match His generosity. And God’s generosity is fuelled by His love. A lot of times most people give just because of what they will get in return. But God truly gives freely without reservation.

2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

If you know your Bible very well, one thing you will realise about the devil is that, he has not changed his tactics. He uses the same old tricks on all of us. He did the same thing to Jesus. When He came to Adam and Eve in the garden, he made them to doubt God’s goodness and questioned God’s faithfulness to keep His word.

The devil came to challenge what God has said to Adam. And Adam sinned against God because he doubted God’s word given to him. The devil told Adam that God was hiding something wonderful from them that’s why He has forbidden them not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Unfortunately, Adam bought into the lie of the devil and plunged the whole world into chaos.

2 Chronicles 10:6‭-‬8 And king Rehoboam took counsel with the old men that had stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, saying, What counsel give ye me to return answer to this people? And they spake unto him, saying, If thou be kind to this people, and please them, and speak good words to them, they will be thy servants for ever. But he forsook the counsel which the old men gave him, and took counsel with the young men that were brought up with him, that stood before him.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

If you are going to succeed in life, it is going to be by the wisdom of God. If you lack or forsake wisdom, you will suffer greatly in life; it is not a pronouncement of a curse but that’s the truth. Unfortunately, so many of God’s folks lack wisdom for living hence their sufferings and troubles.

From our opening scripture, the story is told of a young king name Rehoboam, the son of Solomon. After he was enthroned as king, all Israel came to him to plead with him to relief them of the burden his father placed on them.

SET THE TIME FOR YOUR MIRACLE

Psalms 102:13‭-‬14 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust

Too many of God’s folks don’t know how to initiate their miracle or the things they desire to receive from God. Many have waited too long for nothing. If you ever ask them, they will tell you, I am waiting on God. The truth is that God has been waiting for them all this while to initiate their miracle. Now don’t get me wrong; I believe in being patient on the Lord. But waiting for seven years on God in order to be filled with the Holy Ghost is unnecessary.

Several years ago, I attended a youth all-night prayer meeting, where a young dynamic evangelist was ministering. One of the high point of that meeting was a lady who received the Holy Ghost and for the first time in her Christian life, she spoke in tongues. This lady was so excited; it was a dream come true. It is rather unfortunate that these days, this is not the passion of most believers; speaking in tongues means nothing to them.

Deuteronomy 16:16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the Lord empty:

There is no such thing as serving God without money; it does not exist. It only exist in the minds dreamers or probably stingy folks. If you know your Bible very well, you will know without a shadow of a doubt that God is served with substance also. All through scripture, you will see that folks who walked with God made one sacrifice or the other to God.

For instance, Abel was the first man to give God an offering as recorded in scripture. And that was the introduction of the first fruit offering; and God called it a more excellent sacrifice.
