Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
When Jesus cursed the fig tree according to Mark 11, the fig tree still remained the same with its fresh leaves. On the outward, it looked like nothing has happened. But it was just a matter of time; by the time it was morning when Jesus and His disciples were passing by that same fig tree, they saw the fig tree dried from the roots.
What happened in between when Jesus cursed the fig tree and the next morning? The truth is that, the moment Jesus cursed the fig tree, it died immediately from the roots. It was just a matter of time for it to show in the stems and leaves. When Jesus cursed the fig tree, He knew the tree was dead.
