Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. AMPC

The story of Jesus and the woman caught in adultery shows how to activate wisdom to silence your adversaries. This poor woman was brought to Jesus by the Pharisees, claiming she was caught in the very act of adultery.

Their question to Jesus was a tricky one: according to the Law of Moses such a person should be stoned; but what do you have to say? Either way they could get Jesus: if He had said, stone her, then folks will wonder where is all of His compassion and love? If He had said, don’t stone her, they will say you are breaking Moses' law.

Acts 16:25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. KJV

I remember during our November 2021 Higher Dimensions edition, while l ministered in praise and worship, at a given point, the whole place became heavy. Other members testified that, it was as if there were more people with us than those of us present. Of course these things don’t just happen. Before meetings like this, we give ourselves to intense and long hours of prayers and fasting.

A man who does not pray is a light weight in the realm of the spirit. The element that gives weight to the things we do is prayer. And when it comes to praises, prayer is vital for a successful praise time in the presence of God.

REPETITION, GOD’S WISDOM FOR LEARNING

2 Peter 3:1 ¶ This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance.

The book of Deuteronomy is primarily a book of rehearsals or repetition of the law. To men that will be boring, repeating one thing again; but to God He sees it not as a burden. In the book of Genesis 1, you see a repetition of the phrase “God said”. Jesus repeated His death and resurrection to His disciples several times.

Repetition is God’s wisdom for learning. The teacher of the word must know this simple but powerful truth to enhance his teaching ministry. Don’t find it boring to repeat the same things as you teach. This is one reason I love to teach in series. It is a powerful way of discipling people. Keep the same truth in front of the people all the time. Sometimes you can do it skillfully by teaching the same truth in different dimensions. In fact, it is continuous repetition that makes a revelation sticks to the spirit and minds of men.

TOUCH JESUS TO RECEIVE YOUR MIRACLE

Mark 5:27-29 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

Over the years there has been a tremendous teaching on Jesus touching us. Which in essence there is nothing wrong with that. But I believe there has been little teaching on the other side of the coin: us touching Jesus. Jesus touching you and you touching Him are totally different things. While the former connotes Jesus reaching out to us, the latter connotes you reaching out in faith.
