Genesis 2:21‭-‬22 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

From the word of God, it is clear that Eve came from Adam. When God was done creating everything in the beginning, He brought the animals to see what man will call them. Adam by the wisdom of God named all the animals. But for Adam, there was no suitable help found.

God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam; and God performed a divine surgery on him by removing one of his ribs; and by that rib He formed Eve. Eve was a beauty to behold; she was the glory of Adam.

Matthew 21:2‭-‬3 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me. And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

If Jesus had need of donkeys to fulfil a prophecy written concerning Him several years prior to that time, and also to fulfil His assignment, how much more you who was created in His image and likeness? Jesus needed a donkey to transport Him to Jerusalem.

Jesus needs you today on earth to fulfil His pleasures and will. You are not a speck in the dust. You were created in righteousness and true holiness. You were bought with a price, which is the precious blood of Jesus.

Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Our opening scripture is an Old testament scripture that Jesus quoted. And it reveals God’s plan for His church. We are God’s house and living tabernacles, made to contain the presence and power of God.

One time Jesus went into the temple only to discover that they have turned it into a place of merchandise. These folks have transmuted the purpose of the temple. Then came Jesus and whipped all the people and drove them out. Then he declared, My house shall be called the house of prayer.

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

A lot of things happen when you pray. And you must know what happens in times of prayer in order to be greatly positioned to take full advantage of the blessedness of prayer.

You receive answers when you pray and not when you see the answer with your eyes. This is vital! Prayer time is the time answers are received.

MEN OUGHT TO PRAY

Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; KJV

As long as you are a man you are supposed to pray. The things that we are dealing with are beyond human comprehension; you cannot use your human wisdom and ability to tackle life’s issues. You will need to engage the strength of God through prayer; you have to outsource strength from a higher realm to help you here on earth.

Find a time that fits your daily schedule and pray; and make it consistent. Praying once a while won’t produce power; it is a consistent prayer life that births power for victories. May the Spirit of prayer come upon you mightily in the name of Jesus Christ. If you will pray consistently, many problems will be solved in your life.
