Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Sometime ago, I decided to pray before going to bed. The moment I started praying in tongues, the Holy Ghost started revealing very important things about my ministry. This went on and I got vital information from the Spirit as I kept on praying. What a night I had with the Holy Spirit!

The truth is that God had wanted to speak to me all this while. But this wasn’t just going to happen. I have to get into the position of prayer before heaven opened.

There are things that you will never get to know until you pray. This is what makes prayer an essential element in the life of the believer. There are some revelations that are not on the ordinary plane of life. You have to dig deep into God before they are released. And prayer is that key to release the voice of God in your life.

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Jesus said, all authority is given to me. It is not some authority but “all authority”. This implies that satan has nothing left. The devil has zero power. Anywhere you see the devil operating, it is man that has empowered him to do what he is doing. Man by his words and actions can greatly empower the devil to cause a lot of havoc.

The devil cannot do anything in your life without your consent or cooperation. The devil is not that mighty fellow most people ascribe him to be; he has zero power. His only weapon is lies and deceit. When he came to Adam and Eve, he could not force them to bow to him; but he deceived them into yielding to him. This was simply because he did not possess the power to force them into submission. How could he? Not possible. As at that time, Adam was functioning as the god of this world.

DON'T IGNORE THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE LITTLE THINGS

2 Corinthians 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

One time my first daughter returned from school; and while playing with her water bottle, she misplaced the cap. We searched the whole house but to no avail. I asked the Holy Ghost to help me locate the cap.

Few days while searching for something else, I saw a little purse, and when I opened it, behold, the cap of the water bottle was inside. I couldn't contain my joy. I knew it was the Holy Spirit that led me to that recovery.
I know some folks will say, why would you even mention the issue of a water bottle to the Holy Ghost? Why don't you go and buy another one? Well, this is why we miss the big things that the Holy Ghost does in our lives; we tend to ignore Him when it comes to the little things of life.

Numbers 13:30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. 

Faith does not accept no for an answer. Faith doesn’t know defeat. Faith doesn’t accept failure. Faith doesn’t know impossibilities.

Faith does not say it is over. Faith is a divine positive force that defies every form of failure, defeat, and impossibilities.   If you will walk and live by faith, you will never know defeat and the downside in life. Faith puts you in charge of circumstances. Faith takes the dominion in the affairs of life. Faith doesn’t allow anything to dominate it.
