John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Jesus is the word; and the word is truth. You cannot pray people out of error. Every error has an opposite truth to counter it. The way to deliver people from the error and deception of the enemy is to teach them the truth – it is the truth that will make them free. Ministers of God need to know the truth of God’s word and teach it with all boldness. The destinies of men hinge on it.

Your level of the knowledge of truth that you know is what will determine the degree of liberty and freedom you enjoy. The more truth you know, the more liberty you will walk in. Your bondage is tied to your ignorance of the truth.

Mark 1:35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

I sincerely do believe that one of the secrets of the success of the ministry of Jesus was His connection to the Father through prayer. Prayer was an integral part of His success story. Jesus was in constant communion with the Father. He knew that the only way to win out there was to win in the secret place. Jesus had such a vital communion and fellowship with the Father through prayer. At the time when everyone was clamoring for His attention, He withdrew into the wilderness and prayed. Preacher, the time the crowds are calling for your attention and men are lining up to come to church, is the time to withdraw. If you don’t take care of your root, your fruit will soon be gone.

Luke 5:15 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities. 16 And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.

Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, And they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. KJV‬‬‬‬‬

The greatest asset man lost in the garden of Eden was the presence of God. Man lost that sweet fellowship and communion he had with Almighty God. Man in his best state couldn’t reach God. Every now and then God had to come down and have some time with men and then disappear again.

Jesus is God in flesh – God living among men. For a long time after the fall, God was very scarce on earth. Once a while He will appear to some fellow and then leave again. God staying permanently among men was impossible until the cross.

Matthew 11:28‭-‬30 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” MSG‬‬

God is not slow; neither is he too fast. God is always on time. Anytime He shows up is the best time. When Lazarus died, Jesus was informed; He was told that the one whom you love is sick. Yet, scripture says, He abode for some days. Finally, when Lazarus died, He told His disciples that let us go and raise him up from the dead.

To the natural mind, why would Jesus wait till the man died before going to raise him up from the dead? In fact, when Jesus got to the tomb of Lazarus, he was already dead four days and has began stinking as decomposition has already started.
