John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

One will have lots of trouble riding in a car with a weak or without a shock absorber. In fact, it will be very difficult sitting in such a car. On the other hand, if you have ever sat in a car with a very good shock absorber, you know it really feels good. The shock absorber is meant to absorb all the shocks as the car goes through pot holes, thus preventing the riders from feeling the effect of the pot holes.

God’s love is a shock absorber. Knowing and believing in the love of God for your life will greatly help you to be able to withstand the shocks of life without being affected by them. Knowing that God loves you keep you going no matter what you face in life. You just know that everything will work together for your good.

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Very often we seek to change others when we haven’t changed ourselves. Before you think of changing someone, find out if you have changed yourself. It is easier changing yourself than changing others.

True change begins with you. Until you change, no one around you will change. Something mysterious about change: when you change on the inside, things outside you automatically begin to change.

The wife who is seeking to change her husband should ask herself what necessary change she need to do on herself first. In fact, don’t seek to change your spouse; seek to change yourself. When you change yourself, I guarantee you that it will begin to affect your spouse.

HE GAVE THEM JESUS CHRIST

Galatians 4:4‭-‬5 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Scripture calls Jesus the Apostle of our confession. An “apostle” means a “sent one”. And Jesus is the “Sent One” who was sent by God to bring eternal salvation to all men. The scripture above talks about “when the fullness of time was come”. It means that Jesus came at the time that it was right for Him to come. Why was the time of Abraham not the fullness of time? Why was not the time of Moses the fullness of time?

The coming of all these people was necessary to prepare the way for the Messiah to come. Jesus had to be born in an established system. Thus God gave the law and later send the prophets all to prepare Israel to receive their Messiah. Not until all of the required elements and conditions was ready, Christ was not yet born.

Jeremiah 7:25 Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them:

God in His infinite mercy sent prophets to His people Israel. He sent prophets like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel etc. And all of them spoke the word of God to turn Israel back to God but it didn’t work.

Jeremiah 44:4‭-‬5 Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
5 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.
